Cornerstone Properties, Inc. is an Arizona Corporation formed in 1987 for the purpose of providing professional association (HOA) management in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Cornerstone’s main goal as a Greater Phoenix Area management company is to provide your community with the best possible environment, enhance property values, and apply good business techniques to the daily affairs of the property. Our staff consists of highly educated, well-experienced community managers that are proactive, professional, and efficient. Cornerstone has the ability and automation to provide any type financial reports and analysis the association may require. We are very proactive in assessment collection and very prudent in expending association funds.

Cornerstone also provides association management services in Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Avondale, and all other Phoenix area cities.

  • Cornerstone maintains a computerized, completely flexible reporting package. We can utilize any chart of accounts or financial statement format that you may prefer. Our system includes a complete audit trail and filing system for ease of verification by outside auditors. We are very proactive in assessment collection and very prudent in expending association funds. We maintain the ability to handle all areas of delinquency collection.

Mr. Roberson graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 1994 and has worked for Cornerstone Properties since 1995.

Mr. Roberson graduated from Arizona State University in 1971 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting with a minor in computer programming and systems.
